Kites all over Greece! Well not here, where i live because there is no wind what so ever, but in general it’s tradition. Kites, chalva, olives, lagana and in general all the little things. Counting today, 49 days of a very hard fasting period start, leading to the biggest feast of Christianity, Easter. The first fourty days of fasting is a way to remember Adam’s fall from heaven. Then, the seven last days, the holy week, it’s a way to follow the steps of Christ to his torture and death. So, i wish you all a blessed period that follows.
